Nice Artwork... if it's not a huge pain, I wouldn't mind tweaking my name too though, now I've decided the official spelling is

And actually, what are we submitting? mp3's, wav's, flac's? Is this going to be an mp3 download only compilation, or are we going to maybe create a downloadable cd pack of lossless tracks, artwork, bios and everything so people can burn their own cd of it?

Let's say, everyone send their bios and pics to me and I'll send it to the webspace provider.

I guess we should keep it an mp3 download compilation only. Although a downloadable cd pack would be cool, I guess people can make/burn that themselves. Artwork and info is being provided for them anyway .

I would prefer at least 192 kbps. Or should we not care about slow connections and just do a 256/320 kbps compilation?

The higher the quality the better as far as I'm concerned.

Man....I've just been noodling the first two and a half minutes of my track over and over and over again for the past couple weeks, so that's all I have so far. I need to start flushing out the rest of it now. Shouldn't take long though now that the foundation of it is all in order. I should be done in time.

oi.

i've just seen this thread, about a month in.

all the same, i'd like to join in. i always like these sorts of things.

i didn't see any confirmations of webspace being provided, so i'd be happy to offer mine. not only that but i'd be willing to register a new domain for this and future similar compilations. i actually have a domain called 'www.globalsoundleague.com' that's not doing anything.

i've got scads of space and bandwidth. remember when... like... people didn't? times have changed, boyo.

anyways. yeah. as long as i remember this in the morning, i'm in.

let's lock things in and get the basketball bouncing. get the motorcar rolling. get the swordsmith folding the steel.

christ, i haven't even had that much rum.

Of course you can join in, as long as you have your track finished by 21st

And yeah, webspace is great!
