It's funny how many people are joining in at once. Again, if someone feels like he's not gonna make the deadline, tell me.

Re: Heads up on the Dirty Compilation
If the deadline needs to be moved then I have no problem with it. I've actually had a problem procuring my female vocalist to report for duty, so a deadline bump would be nice...

I know, I know... I already asked for one so if it doesn't work then so be it, I'll just submit the track as an instrumental and make it stand on its own merits.

Crap! I only just came across this. Some friends of a friend sent me the vocals from a project their doing, and I laid in all my own original music behind them, so really, it's just me with someone else doing vocals. Technically a remix, but also technically no different than just bringing in a vocalist. Not sure I'd have time to do anything else new before the deadline. So can I play guys? Huh? Can I? Please?

Yeah good

We're moving the deadline. Friday 23th of June allright? I don't want to move it a whole month, as I would like to see the compilation released in the beginning of July, or earlier would even be better. Just so that it gets released on a hot summer day

Hah, I like it how this list gets longer everytime, BUT I think the list is long enough now.
Asuming that Professor is still willing to do the hosting of the tracks, I don't think we can let more people join in, and MAYBE we should even do a Time limit? Say we have 12 people now, and we have a time limit of 6 minutes, we have a 72 minute compilation?

Re: Heads up on the Dirty Compilation
i'll still host the tracks, 6 minutes is a little tough to get to though, imho...8 minutes might be easier. plus, all the songs won't be that long.

Re: Heads up on the Dirty Compilation
I'm hoping we stick with the 8 min limit, or else I have to do some editing, or create a new track.

Re: Heads up on the Dirty Compilation
Mine's only 3:31. Thanks for letting me play with you guys.

Professor...mine's ready to ship off to you whenever. What's your preferred method of receiving these tracks? And what file type and quality did we agree on?

Thanks!

Re: Heads up on the Dirty Compilation
Ok, 8 minutes is the time limit then.

And I think Professor can host all tracks. If he can't, we can use your help Patrick, thanks.

And about the quality of the tracks, like I said earlier, I think 192 would be good, that's good quality and doesn't take ages to download for slower internetters. Or if someone else has a better idea, drop it here.
