In the interview with Tong some weeks ago, Karl spoke about the 180 or so tracks they had ready to release onto the web, but that while he himself liked to walk into recordstores and search for music to much, there would be a real cd release too.

This song better be released! It's by and large my favorite of the 'new' stuff, although I'm surprised at how quality a lot of it is (Jal to Tokyo, Back in the Fears, Peggy Sussed, Foodaready), this is the only time when I thought, "man, this could be the new Two Months Off, or Jumbo, or whatever..."
And what's with no new album until late 2007...at best!? Does this mean likely 2008? Meaning that they'll have 6 years between their albums? And people thought the Orb fell off the map when it took Cydonia four years to be released! |
