If you're looking at your media player (like iTunes), it probably says 128 Kbps, but that's only because it's reporting the "bit rate atom" that was set incorrectly by the software (Fission) I used to split the stream file. If you calculate out the actual bits and duration, it'll come up as 96 Kbps for everything.
