I received mine here in Arizona on Friday the 1st..... #94. The packaging and the quality are top nothch.... Excellent book and prints. It feels like it all goes well with the songs. I the wasn't expecting an hi-resolution download card to be included.

-ps- pleasantly surprised that it was able to get to me from Wednesday in the UK to Arizona in a little over 2 days.
