Yup, the Akira sample is still on there. Just imagine the ending of Dirty on the Dirty Epic CD fading out 20 seconds later, and that's basically what's on this Anthology promo.

I didn't even know this track existed until I decided to read this whole thread! Now I really want (but not enough to pay $55 for the German promo, which someone is selling on Discogs).
