You can buy them individually on Japan's itunes store. The catch is, that means setting up a Japan itunes store account, and if your credit card was not issued in Japan you may have problems actually purchasing anything. There's workarounds for this though, you can buy gift cards from places like JBox to add store credit to your account, which will then let you buy music without needing a credit card to be registered.

This works. I've done it before w/the UW material from the RiverRun period that was only available on the iTunes Japan store at the time.
