To be honest, there are certain standards regarding internet shopping these days: Confirmation pages at the time of purchase, emails after purchase, emails when an order has shipped, etc. UWLive doesn't follow all of these and it leads to semi-worried patrons. Now I accept that my order may not have shipped until launch date. Thats the price I pay for ordering direct from the artist rather than a megastore. But what I don't like is radio silence once the launch date has come and gone. Its not reassuring at all, especially in the wake of the ordering fiasco where we were all promised, "if you got a Paypal conf. then we got your order."
