New Underworld album - Barking (Sept. 13, Sept 2 Japan)

It just occured to me that I'm not as excited as I want to be over this album. It happened while listening to You Do Scribble during a late-night work session. That track has all the signature UW that I think in time, I'll miss when listening to Scribble. Scribble is a good track, but its hard to not hear how polished it is.

Obviously I haven't heard the album yet, but that doesn't change that I'm not as excited for this as I thought I would be. I wanna be really excited!

Oh, and the fact that PvD, while technically proficient, is total cheese doesn't help me one bit. Reading that the tracks were sent to these producers makes me think that they'll just stick their sounds into the track because well, they want to.
