Re: FIFA World Cup 2010
That goal by Mexico...looked like their guy was a mile off-sides.

Not that it matters much...France is only going to get points in this WC if they hold their opponents to 0 goals lol.

Really? Maybe i don't understand off-sides, but it looked to me that at most he was a shoes length off-sides. Maybe a few inches, but miles? Are you serious? I'm sure there's a screengrab online you can find.

Re: FIFA World Cup 2010
Now that I've lost 1st place on my office WC pool, I'm hoping France can salvage a tie against South Africa in their last game but I am not holding my breath about that one.

Re: FIFA World Cup 2010
so, what price mexico and uruguay drawing to go through at the expense of france and s.a.? can't see either of them trying to beat the other tooooo much!

fully deserved victory for mexico; fully deserved defeat for france...

A draw would put Mexico 2nd in the group meaning they would most likely have to play Argentina. They would probably much rather play one of the other teams in Group B.

good point; but wouldn't it be fun all the same? i'm thinking team a. race into a 6-0 lead by half time, only for team b. to score 6 in the last 10 minutes

Re: FIFA World Cup 2010
The game was pretty exciting from start to finish. Of course, I fucking hate the French, so i'd happily watch a game for 4 hrs to see them lose.

BTW, these troll kibbles you're feeding me are damn tasty, keep it up.

Seeing France lose is good enough for me.

Pizza Hut here had a deal that they would give a free pizza to their facebook fans for every goal scored against France....

...yum.
