Yes, the last two LPs were kind of stinkers. But 1995-2001 was a fine time, an era i'm hoping they revisit with this new record. 8 tracks, if nicely fleshed out and psychodelic and hopefully without hip-hop guest vocalists, should be just fine.

excellent! Pitchshifting and stoptiming up front, then delving into the deep psychodelia of yesteryear (a la "Private Pychodelic Reel" and "The Sunshine Underground").

If they keep the vocalists off, this could be an amazing, reaffirming album.
