Re: TFHats in the mix
You can also check out my soundcloud to listen to it. The markers mark the start of a new track:

Re: TFHats in the mix
Hey CT/TFTs...
Just had a chance to listen to this mix - very enjoyable! A few comments: first off, i think it's very cool that you have such a variety and selection of original tracks to create a continuous mix. The pacing is for the most part really smooth and there are some great transitions from very tech/old school tracks to ones that are a bit more lush/organic. i'm a big fan of a lot of the basslines and it's clear that you work hard on the drum patterns, too! Very groovy. your calling card seems to be the vocoded vocals with a very robotic quality. in some cases, they're so robotic/treated that i can't tell what the words are. But as an instrument or sound in the mix, it definitely contributes to a vintage atmosphere to the tracks. Very cool stuff! I particularly like a certain build-up around 19 minutes

Re: TFHats in the mix
Thanks a lot Holden! Really appreciate it that you took the time to listen to it. I was really just twiddling around with some tracks and snippets in Ableton with this mix as a result.
It's very hard to mix in the pronounciation of a vocoded voice.
