2009-08-11 Underworld @ Koolhaus in Toronto (Tues)

In 2002 I was living in Vancouver and getting ready to move to Toronto in November. A few months beforehand I found out that there was an Underworld concert happening in October. Although I had no place to live and only a few contacts, I strongly considered moving out 3 weeks before my scheduled date just so I would be able to see the show.

As time wore on it became clear that as badly as I wanted to see them, it just wasn't a good idea.

Seven years went by, and with each one I became more and more concerned that I had missed that one opportunity. Now I've been living here for over six and a half years, I have some of the greatest friends, and I'm finally getting the chance to relive what I thought was a sadly missed opportunity.

I will be there and it will be a religious experience.
Good god, am I excited.

i'm trying to figure out how many peeps i'll be expecting to my place during the day of the 11th...bbq shall be had by all...just byob ( liquor and beer store less than 5 minute drive from my house ).
