Might be inaccurate or wrong though, as I've only heard from this through "inofficial channels".

Well, ive seen two promos on ebay. one with 2x mark knight, tiefschwartz and "LP version" (which isnt LP version, but unfaded). and then another with the pig&dan instead of tiefschwartz.

would be nice to get all the tracks on CD. I've looked online and there are currently only references to vinyl releases. Even in Japan.
