i never understood the fuss about Scribble. it's like the most stressful live acrobatics that more than not falls on its face because it hiccups too much and never becomes coherent. when it works it's beautiful, but i've only heard that once or twice. i can't imagine a studio version being release-worthy at all.

I am absolutely in love with the way it sounded in Tokyo, but for some reason I can't imagine it ever working on a CD
