Oh man I dont post for months and then four of my favourtie topics all come up at once!!

Sorry but blowback is fucking gash. There is about one maybe two reasonably good songs on there. One of which is Song for Yukiko which is nice and odd. There seems to be a distinct divide between older tricky fans who worship him for maxinquaye etc and the newer ones who got into him for blowback and vulnerable (both shit).
Please dont be offended but those two albums are a pair of big smelly pants. I say it for your own good.

Get maxinquaye and listen to it again and again, i never tire of this album, i notice something new every time and origianlly i didnt even like it at all but it grew and grew on me to a point where it single handedly completely changed my music taste and i now think the who album is near flawless. Best album ever made. Even better than Katamari!

Eik, you're right, lots of crap stuff but i've come to accept that for the shear brilliance of the great stuff. He just needs to start smoking more weed and eating more wheat again.

Oh and if u dont have it, get his Nearly God album (the french version if poss!) for some of his best and darkest stuff..... Poems, best song ever.
