what would everyone think if say the itunes music store lowered it's quality a step? would you all take it then too? there would be some apple apologists that would try to justify it though. i love apple, but i think they already sell their music at too low of a quality...

yes, these are not that expensive. yes, it isn't the end of the world. yes, it doesn't have anythign at all to do with the iraq war(i dont know who, how or where that was brought up, but it was in this or another of the threads somehow), but we did get two higher and then this one was lower...

i don't see a problem with raising an issue. obvoiusly no one is forced to buy this, but i'm pretty sure a few bought it before they knew that it was lower.

and i do realize it got fixed and it's better now... it was a mistake, but if it was intentional i would be mad

and i'm not mad, because i agree that the rr releases are more of an experiment, and that rick is probably not super conserned with the mastering/quality rather than the actual music, however i think that it was valid for some people to raise the complaint
