I've got the 5-track Japanese issue thats the same except for the missing Atomic Hooligan mix, but this promo and the Japanese issue is the only place to get the London Electricity mix on CD i believe (not counting the other promo with the edited versions on).

You can also find it on the 7-track V2 promo cd (the seventh track being Cowgirl (Atomic Hooligan Mix) 6'44).
