Yes, that's JPV, from the Netherlands, and while he does go to a lot of UW shows, he's also a known serial fabricator, and I doubt he actually went to this particular show. He often makes stuff up, based on assumptions, and presents it as fact or first-hand knowledge, and that behavior has gotten him edit-banned on setlist.fm before. He also has trouble following the setlist.fm rules. This is a new account he's created to evade the bans. At least he admitted to making up the name for this song this time.

I'm expecting a recording from this show, so we should know soon enough if this is a new, unknown song.
