Mother Earth/The Hump 12"

I've recently purchased a copy of this record, but a couple of things don't quite match the release on Discogs

Discogs state the runout on Side B should read 'A PORKY PRIME CUT' (as do a lot of records of that age) but mine reads 'A PORKY PRIMER'. Can anyone with a copy confirm this for me?

The labels match up to the images on Discogs, but the paper they're printed on is still very bright and doesn't show as much sign of age as I'd expect a 20+ year old record to. The condition of the vinyl itself looks consistent with that of a record of it's age.
