I think I just reached the conclusion that the best way to maintain a relatively healthy state of mind was to stop dwelling too long on the state of the world - specifically, the sheer amount of inanity in it!
Course, if things pick up here, I'll be happy to dip in and out as we move closer to the downfall of the Murdoch Empire, the Israeli strike on Iran, the impending world oil crisis, the collapse into a wider world war, the collapse of the euro (not to mention the collapse of votes for Engelbert Humperdinck at Eurovision - and who knows, the collapse of Humperdinck himself
) - oh, and all that
before the election of one President Santorum.
