what you'd like to hear on the new album...

not necessarily songs, but techniques, noises, etc.

i'd like to hear outside sounds. you know what i mean? like on dubno, there were tons of little noises that took you outside of your world and placed you in the world of the music. for example, the wind throughout the whole album, the thunder at the end of dirty epic, the leaves crunching and the gate squeaking in tongue... that was lovely. i hope there's that on the new album, they've kind of had an 'inside sound' since ahdo... can't really describe it except it sounds cut off and over produced. 'scribble' has a lot of echoey sounds that lead me to believe this album might be more 'open'. does anyone else agree?
