Re: French faggotry!!
the version of "the Party" is different?

hmm... I don't recall any differences between the leaked copy I had, and the final album.

I wonder if I still have those mp3's somewhere...

Re: Justice
the party is much longer, and a bit more suitable for an actual party if you're going to bother with the intro in the first place. makes the beat that much more welcome when it kicks in.

if you want the original version of "waters of nazareth", then check out the ep.

i dont notice a change in D.A.N.C.E though.

Re: Justice
Ok, starting with this thread is good because we all can discuss about what is indie, scenester and faggot and what not, which make it completely dirty scenester that i absolutely love to point this to all of you !

so here i go:

- i really love glossy sexy french faggotry a la daft punk, vitalic and justice

- I listen to New Jack track in a very very faggot scenester venue after the Daft Punk concert and i was like damn... wish daft punk can make a tune like this again.. yes it beats Human After All completely. I also feel it has a lot of Vitalic vibe, but generally speaking they are allright and it's has great sharp beats.. It's too sticky too so maybe is hard to being objective on this one.

- Justice is so allright on headphones.. absolutely excesive but i don't feel it
in the speakers at all. Maybe you need good headphones!? Genesis and Phantom are soo good and.. specially part 2. I can't get into Valentine, is so Vitalic and not that good at all. Generally from The Party till the end, except Waters of Nazareth, i don't like that much -yet-

- I think the indie "kids" listen to the Noisettes and everything that has guitars on it no? My whole problem with "indie" is that they can't got beyond their(add scene here) scene . They really can't dig things like Justice if they are Tool fans i guess, is way too cool for them . I guess if you listen to Tool (that sucks completely!) and also like Justice, you are beyond all the bulls and shit of the scenes and you just stick to the music you like no matter what. To being able to do this, is sort of like.. mm.. you just listen to "your" good music and that's it. So most of the people in this thread i know for a fact that like good music, so we are freaking snobs and are very worried to make it clear AND IT"S OK!. Personally i can't stand a concert of something i really really like with people that doesn't know what they are listen to and go there just because is "cool" "hip" "in" or whatever they called it. it bothers me i don't know how or why, but you can totally know when someone doesn't get the music.. and i wish i could be always in concerts and gigs where we are all connected in the same thing, no matter if its good, bad, hip or shitty, you just feel it right.. so at the end seems to be really esoteric to be a music snob.

so shut up you all *muah*

Hey, just for the record, I know the thread title change was meant in lightness of tone but let's keep humor that could be interpreted as narrow minded, knuckle-dragging mouthbreather bullshit off of the forums please.

I've had a long time to sit with Justice and I still find them O.K. It feels like they're trying really hard to accomplish what Daft Punk do pretty naturally.

Waters of Nazareth isn't that different on the album version, and I like it too, and I prefered the early version of The Party. And yes, there's a change in D.A.N.C.E. from the version I originally got from you. It's not much, but it's an extra blip of "Do the D.A.N.C.E...."
