Anyone on here checked out the new show on NBC? I think it is.. Anyway, it's called 'Heroes' - about every day people finding out they have super powers.

Can't really say it's like X-Men or anything, but it seems like it might have potential.

So far my favourite super power is Heroine Induced Precognition - LOL

so yeah, I plan on getting a few episodes tonight. I'd at least recommend watching past the first episode!

I've been watching it. I like the fact that even though it's serialized, the plot is a lot more succinct than many other shows like that, Lost in particular. Every episode they give you some conclusive plot point. Anybody else catch the 'Rain Man' reference in the 5th (?) episode. (the one where the Japanese guys go to Vegas)

I love this show.. so much better then Lost right now. Lost is pretty fucking boring this season, sorry to say.

I panned on Heroes too because I thought it would be an X-men rip-off. It's not at all. It actually pays homage to comics pretty often. Any comic fan should welcome it to TV. It's excellent.

I love heroes with comic book powers and everything but this show isn't as good as I was hoping. Some of the plotlines are definitely interesting but at times this show seems a bit too scrambled. It's decent enough to follow, though.
