Re: Melinda&Melinda
I was wanting it to be good. Hoping it would be better. But in the end I was expecting a bit more. The reviews had prepared me for this, but had also said that this was one of Woody's better films in the past five years which was very reassuring to hear. But perhaps it was a situation like Star Wars Episode 3. The first two prequels were so bad that by the time the third one rolled around, everyones low expectations abound, it may be a bit easier to impress the viewer.

Granted I like the idea of the film very much and thought it construction and execution were quite good, I was just having a problem with some of the actors. Maybe it's Will Farrel being the actor who is playing woody allen's alter ego this time around, but i was quite annoyed by him.
