Re: Live Darrens
Does anyone know why he's not actually in the band?

Re: Live Darrens
It seems from interview and statements, that Karl and Rick work best as a duo (notice I didn't say produce their best work).

I wish they would add another voice, one that actually has a say, not a collaboration or producing role in their mix, but i guess it gets tough (especially when you get older) to work that way.

I know its not quite the same, but i'm certain Pricey was also a support DJ act with UW during the 90s, although i can't find any evidence to support this right now.

Edit : I have found a gig where Price actually has to "stand in" with a DJ set interlude as during Rowla there were some technical issues. Apparently, the vibration of the speakers caused one of the racks to collapse and thus interrupted the show. (Manchester Academy 96).

Re: Live Darrens
I love the idea of Price being backup/support/temporary music for technical difficulties.

Like a "please be patient while our things are worked out" message.

He definitely was the opening DJ at the Chicago '98 House of Blues show. Can't recall for sure, but I think his last track faded/blended into their first.

Re: Live Darrens
I'm fairly certain Darren Price was there to DJ before and after the Las Vegas House of Blues concert in 1999.

I also thought he was there to DJ for a little bit before Coachella 2003 while the crew moved the mixing desks into position. Wouldn't Pricey play some sort of upbeat 'Ansum' at that time for Rick to start up the show?
