did you miss the part about licensing, distribution,
the artists intent, etc. etc..

i used to help out with the website for the band KMFDM,
and it took them awhile to get online tracks, the online store,
and a lot of other things done.. i remember it was difficult from
a legal/license viewpoint to do a lot of things.. (especially the
artwork part , because they had to deal with the artist BRUTE separately)..

just because it's easy to do, doesn't mean
it's easy TO GET DONE...

there's a lot more factors involved..

I understand that, but what exactly would be holding up UW? Don't they own their own stuff? Once their website is set up why would it take more than a day (or, more realistically, an hour or two) to add new material?

I live in the UK, & have happily recieved mine.

On the price discussion, it is worth what people will pay for it. The market will set the price.

I have on had chance to have a cursory look at the book, & haven't played the cd yet. I like the bundle together though.
