Re: BREAKING NEWS: KING OF SNAKE BASSLINE NOT DONNA SUMMER'S
Pretty hard to say a 3-note arpeggiated Moog bassline is anyone's unique creation, seeing as it's the basis of a ton of dance tracks. "I feel love" is a great disco track and obviously influenced many, buuuut, i don't really hear it in KoS, except maybe as an homage to that sort of simple, driving melody. Awfully generous of the UW boys to share the credit. Yes, it's a similar sound, but not the same rhythm. A great synth bass sound - UW uses a similar sound on MoMove and Dinosaur Adventure 3D.

I would definitely be interested to get my hands on that track - I've always considered "I Feel Love" to be like, THE defining electronic track of the 70's, so if it came from somewhere else that's big news to me
some people claim IFL was the start of Techno....

Re: BREAKING NEWS: KING OF SNAKE BASSLINE NOT DONNA SUMMER'S
I heard that Georgio was credited because UW actually sampled I Feel Love for King of Snake.

Then again, I may well have heard wrong...
