Re: Karl speaks to Resident Advisor
Ah, all that talk of Megadog. Those raves were awesome. That's was my first encounter with Underworld. '92 or '93. I walked into the main room and there were two guys on stage wrestling with some diabolical machines, whilst a third guy at the front blew a harmonica. It was really banging. A proper 'What the fuck is this!?' moment. Then, a few days later, I was browsing in a record shop and saw 'Spikee' - Oh, that's them from Megadog. Bought it. Twenty years later, I'm still here

You mean Karl played the harmonica live on Spikee? Be quick, explain yourself!

No. In those days everything was pretty fluid. It was more of a jam. Everything was in the mix.

Big Mouth is obviously the harmonica tune that everyone is familiar with, so it was most likely elements of that. I mean, it was a long time ago and I was off my face.

Yeah, I'd go to great lengths to see that kind of jammin' set live.

That's fabulous. Didn't know Karl played the harmonica, generally or live on stage. I utterly suck at track spotting, so I don't blame you.

I hate it when you do that.

Is there any footage available?

Re: Karl speaks to Resident Advisor
I think he probably means harmonica on Big Mouth, as also seen at Electraglide 2003.

Sorry, didn't mean literally seen (well, except by attendees). Heard on the bootleg, available on RTSR FTP.
