alright, so in the last month I got into Nujabes, which is a Japanese hip hop artist from.... wait for it... Japan! anyways, the stuff is VERY great, similar to the Cyne, a very Jazzy hip hop, lots of funk and a bit of electronic mixed in...

He runs a label called HydeOut productions or something of the like, and i believe the artists Fat Jon (the Ample Soul Physician) and Force of Nature are on it as well as a few other artists...

However, all this stuff is super good and worth a listen to if you like good music, especially jazzy/funky hip hop and beats... (fat jon and force of nature is mostly instrumental)...

anyways, nujabes new albumn "modal soul" is a good start, and then the hydeout productions compilation...
