Simple song ID
Can someone help me out with identifying this song? I think it was pretty well known back in the day so it should be pretty easy. I just cannot for the life of me remember anything about it apart from the tune.

It's only 97.1KB and 12 seconds long so give it a quick listen for me if you can!
