Especially from the last paragraph, it sounds like it was quite rainy there all day. A few bands didn't play because they didn't want to risk their equipment. Kudos to Underworld for persevering and playing for their fans that stuck out the bad weather.

That's interesting. I read that, but it didn't register. I wish we could get some reports on those concerts, but I guess not.

Looking on YouTube, though, there are a fair number of videos. Didn't find any with Ring Road though. Here are some of the better/more interesting ones:

Very interesting. Check out the end of this video. Underworld played Parc at Mexico City.
