ok - maybe it's because I've been having a bit of a tough time recently, and my mind is sort of in another place...
but this song is beautiful. like, how it has the sort of child-like 'plink plonk' piano, until the ambient washes come in it kind of reminds me of the audio for that one video with a woman's voice (I forget who it was) having a telephone conversation while the video was zoomed up on some green water (or it was clear water w/ a green background) but the tune also really really really sounds familiar, like something you're supposed to know |

Calon Lân is a Welsh hymn hose words were written in the 1800s by Daniel James (23 January 1848 - 11 March 1920) to a tune by John Hughes (1872-1914). The hymn is often associated with Welsh rugby union, being sung before almost every Test Match involving the Welsh national team. |
