No where in sight where I am. I KNEW I should have seen it while in San Fran. this past week.

yeah. i couldn't wait for the release so i bought the HK dvd on the street. it's an odd mix of monster, horror, family drama, and social satire. i'm not sure if it fully works, but i have to see it again. i feel there's some specifically Korean angst that is supposed to come through, which i am not catching. it also probably would've been clearer on the big screen.

the monster is the highlight for me.

This movie had really been trumped up for me and then I when I saw the film is was quite apt to how kid cue described the film. I wish it had been more of a monster film and contained less digressions into some of the other genres like family drama and social satire. I wish it would've been more straight forward monster-scare-film.

Just watched the monster's first rampage in the park and it was pretty awesome.

I read a rave review about this a while back so I downloaded it, but haven't had a chance to watch yet...

I thought it was overrated but I did fully enjoy it. Just don't buy into the hype too much...
