Made for Nike's Ipod shoe hybrid thing ("Nike Original Run"), this mix is meant for people to run to....and at that purpose this cd rocks. Not up to par with their usual studio work (haters will just eat that last line up no doubt) but for $9 at Best Buy it's a great deal and will help to push you on the treadmill or the punching bag. Even includes a few of the cuts as full lenth bonus tracks.
