'crazy covers' - tom middleton comp
by far and away the funniest thing i've heard for years - does what it says on the tin, but a bit more. it's not just that they're crazy, but they're also pretty good. so you get booker t and the mg's doing 'i still haven't found what i'm looking for' (eh, san ) and snow patrol's 'crazy in love' sounding tight, and a classical version of 'two tribes'; then you fall into merriment with the ukelele orchestra of great britain's version of 'miss dynamite tee-hee', before descending into utter confusion when you hear the swedish version of 'son of a preacher man' and giggles when you play 'i will survive' (in hungarian)

if this doesn't entertain you (there's a vocoder 'teen spirit' in there) then you're dead.

Funniest choon I have heard in years, that "I Will Survive" - sounds like something off the Fast Show!

it's a great collection, though it is more than a year old. he used a lot of the same tracks on his excellent "the trip" mix.
