So is the only real difference to this version the lack of Japanese?

Does the FM refer to radio or something else?

Is the Japanese part on the regular mix sampled from somewhere? The shoutout part towards the end of the song sort of sounds like it could have come from an anime. Considering the Akira sample at the end of Dirty this seems possible.
