New Mix plus new links to old mixes
a bit rough sounding in some parts...

Elektropoptarts with Casio Nuts
(aka brats in the suburbs have a party)

codec & flexor - beat me
annie - heartbeat (scumfrog remix)
alter ego - rocker (eric prydz remix)
rex the dog - prototype
melnyk with sarah berg - fabulous (punx soundcheck mix)
tim & puma mimi - jo-hatsu (saalschutz remix)
soulwax - another excuse (dfa remix)
metric - monster hospital (mstrkrft remix)
etienne de crecy & camille - someone like you (fast track vocal mix)
the bravery - honest mistake (superdiscount remix)
outro tacked on track
(okay so i did the same end mix as another mix i did,
except the previous mix wasnt....uh mixed that well...)

also the mix i posted last week Still No Thrill,
and Thursday Groove (by request) has found a new home:

Gee Whizz.... Magic

Thanks for upping these. I'm really enjoying all 3 mixes.

I've burned all to CD and they're great company for me on my 5 hour drives.

Keep up the good work.

Dark breakbeat sounds mmm mmm good!

Nice work with these mixes...the remix of Metric's "Monster Hospital" is getting heavy rotation in my iTunes and sounds awesome in this set.

i never did figure out a better way to transition from soulwax to metric. mainly cuz i wanted the entire vocal intro in there...

2 more mixes
havent gotten around to updating the page (that'll take awhile)

but here are direct links instead (save as)

something more laidback:
the distant . between us

the title is kinda engrish, or you can look at it as a chopped up vocal phrase

deluge - to the music
dolby - [A1] heOR
martin jarl & johan fotmeijer - can't stand to be alone
markus masuhr - entspannungsphase
deluge - departure
dark vibrations - boreal
dennis desantis - brink
piles - the spirit [innervision-mix]
luomo - synkro
sensual physics - sensual movement
deluge - a dream for winter (le temps des assassins)
layo & bushwacka! - life2live
ferenc - urdangarin resistance
duplex - fictional frequency

the end of the mix ended up a bit proggy.....

something more aggro
Devasterra

pendulum - coma
nubreed - oddworld
bass mekanik feat afro rican - do it [burufunk remix]
agent k - come again [deep impact rmx/original]
baitercell & schumacher - what's down low [aquasky vs masterblaster rmx]
cntrl z vs baobinga - focus
eskmo - cliffside
ed 209 vs dj rasco - the calling of the darkness [backdraft rmx]
far too loud vs cntrl z - excessive use
eskmo - embryonic
dj aziz - no competition
cntrl z - i can't wait
viro & vessel - up all night [vessel scratch dub]

story on this:
i originally wanted to do this mix last october, but in my head it was a lot more drum and breaks, with a bit of death metal and industrial thrown in (like i planned on putting Messhuggah on there). i even had most of the tracks figured out (in my head) but when it finally came down to doing the mix, the songs (in the exact order i pictured it would go) sounded like a trainwreck.

well at the very least i got the overall "feel" of how i wanted it to sound without sounding like a trainwreck

it takes awhile before the mix really starts to get going (it takes nearly 5 minutes before the beat actually drops, and the "mixing" doesnt really get going till later on)
