I'm an all around geek and have no problem keeping up with news on the latest gadgets and computers stuff. But music is a different story.

Any recommendations on music news sites that keep you in the loop with the music we love? I can't seem to find any good ones.

i check out www.boomkat.com on a weekly basis. their "recent" section may not be the biggest, but it's good quality and you can preview every release.

Every Monday, Largeheartedboy posts "Tomorrow's Shopping Bag", which lists just about everything coming out on DVD and CD the next day.
