monster tune id help!

thinking maybe bss might be the best to help, but feel free anybody to chip in!

years ago muzik magazine gave out a free chilled ibiza cd, and it had a tune that had a sample talking about the "beast with seven heads coming out of the sea"

said tune was held very highly by me, but not highly enough for me to pay attention to the title or producer - and certainly didn't make it through several moves of flat.

can anybody help with this one?
