I read on the great Matt's compilation (thx again for this), that Karl was working on some project in 1991 Minneapolis at Paisely Park.

Do we know now please what project it was?


Second though: Minneapolis project in 1991, that meas maybe that this city was used as inspiration for the name of the 1992 song Minniapolis by Lemon Interupt.
