Thanks UW for the free shows
I'm sure more people will agree here but thank you very much for the free shows your giving away to everyone. Its a very noble thing your doing. As its been said i don't think anyone else is giving as much material to their friends for nothing.

I know for example when my mate went to see The Raconteurs recently, they did a similar thing by giving the fans a chance to get the gig they'd been to so they could listen again, but they sold them for fifteen quid on limited edition CD. And most of these went on ebay for a lot more.

So UW thanks again. Keep the vibes coming.

ummmm well the raconteurs sounds almost exactly like electraglide from japan...

however, i'm still very thankful that we get the shows and stuff put up on underworldlive.com and semi-ok permission to do the rtsr stuff as well... it's a very comforting side of the music industry, compared to many others

Although, the Electraglide cd that Underworld put on Ebay was sold for the original price. You only paid a pumped up Ebay price if you bought it from a private seller, which is what I'm understanding from Dirty0900 was the case with the Raconteurs.

But yes, thank you thank you thank you! Free music good!

Aye, and when do The Raconteurs or any indie bands give you three hours of live music? Even then the UW CD was only a tenner weren't in?

Re: Thanks UW for the free shows
actually a note here saying that i got the south america diary movie and is that ever great! the music goes along with it very well and the pictures are really interesting. i would love to see a really high quality version of that (i don't even know if karls camera is much higher res) but that would be a really cool music video/dvd... just a travel diary of where they go on tour, you end up in some pretty neat places i imagine... esp. with places like s.a. and tokyo and such

it is in the underworld live archives. i believe in a section called diaries. i forget exactly though, but it is in one of them, and i think there are a few other diaries...

anyways, it's basically a 25 meg movie of pictures with a cool audio track behind it
