Modern Classical, Avant-Garde etc

I just found this site by Naxos recordings to promote modern classical music. This seems like a very cool place to be introduced to this kind of stuff. The labeling of this music as 'Alternative Classic' seems really retarded but I appreciate the obvious effort to make this music appealing to a young crowd, highlighting the "rebellious" aspect of it, kind of like saying this is the punk rock of classical.
