Orbital Essentials: Granulate wed, 3/21
I'll be playing all orbital this wednesday. Lots of live stuff, rare shit, and just good choons. Expect early songs...not much after In Sides. A few, but not many.

Get there: www.dirtyradio.net 12-2 pst.

Professor do you rate any Orbital Albums after Insides?
Ok i didn't like The Altogether and The Middle Of Nowhere wasn't bad but
The Blue Album was a pretty good Farewell?

Re: Orbital Essentials: Granulate wed, 3/21
the blue album has it's merrits. and i really like a couple of tracks from middle of nowhere. but the altogether had nothing for me. most of my real favorites are the older ones. and i've got some really great live versions of older stuff (kind thanks to my trading peeps!, you know who you are)

kick it in the rtsr room on wednesday ...the discussion is often a good time.

Are either of the Hartnolls doing anything worthwhile on their own?

Paul Hartnoll's Patchwork Guilt/Gloopy single is excellent and the other bloke's Long Range project is quality too. Unlike Patchwork Guilt, which sounds like a long lost Orbital classic, Long Range sounds nothing like Orbital. Give them both some time and you'll appreciate the post-Orbital sounds of P+P Hartnoll.
