at the kool haus...yannick knows the place.
opening band...mike patton is on fire.
3 songs in, he introduces Rahzel...
yes, the guy who raps while he beatboxes.
he does his slow downed version of " technoligic " by Daft Punk.
dunno how he talks while he produces them bass tones...
INSANE.
back to Gnarls...
that man has PIPES ! !
his 3 female back up singer thing sounds awesome..
his 4 piece string section provides ALOT of ambience noise.

3.99/4.
only complaint...sound issues...the in house system couldnt contain them.
theyll have ALOT better sound when they do Glastonbury.

Caught the LA show. Good shit - Peeping Tom (Patton's band) killed it. Gnarls was a little uninspired but put on a solid set.

Saw Mike Patton and Rahzel headlining the dance tent at Leeds in 2004 - wicked crazy energetic show. Rahzel: "put that camcorder away or I'm off the stage"..
