sign the petition! blade runner 25th anniversary!
not like it's going to change anything, but
http://www.petitiononline.com/mod_pe...ned.cgi?B26354  anyway, warner brothers announced that there may be a 25th anniversary edition of blade runner in 2007. there will be a new director's cut, as ridley scott said he didn't really have to do anything with the director's cut and wasn't happy with it. and now you can't even buy the original version of blade runner anymore. (well, there were like 3 or 4 original versions, lol, but i mean the original US theatrical release or the international version (which were mostly identical, except the international had extra violent scenes that were cut from the film)). i hope this will happen, hopefully it will be a DVD with both versions - the original US theatrical release, and the new director's cut. |
