Ripping A Real Stream

Can any of you guys point me in the direction of a good solution for getting a permanent copy of a RealAudio stream?

i used to have a program called "total recorder" on my old windows machine that could record any noise that your soundcard made, ideal for your needs. it wasnt freeware, but i got a crack for it. now, on mac, i just use iswipe
