Help IDing a record: Rez/Why Why Why (unlabeled)

Hey all,

I'm guessing it's just an unofficial pressing of some sort, but I picked up a record from JP that had "Underworld Promo" scrawled on a generic white sleeve. The record itself is a super dark marbled pink (almost looks black unless you hold it up to light). The labels on both sides are just blank. The only etchings on each side just say "A-1" and "B-1."

But the descriptions/photo don't exactly match up. I'm guessing it's not official / some other uncatalogued bootleg that should be entered into discogs?

Anyone seen or heard of this version?

Not familiar with it, but it definitely sounds like it should be entered as a new release on discogs.
