Evil 9
Any word on these guys? Don't have as much time as before to hunt for new things and have wait to stumble across things as they cross paths.

I have a copy of an import that I was told (bout 4 months ago) was all that was available, sorry don't know the title . . .

Re: Evil 9
yea - Evil Nine rock

def check out beatport.com - they've got a fair number of their remixes up for sale now

I just hope they can keep a unique sound, and not be redundant you know?

Re: Evil 9
I've seen then live twice now... def worth seeing

they do more of a Dex n' Fx show, and they've definitely improved with time.

There's much more variety in sound and tracks altogether, as opposed to like... their Essential Mix from a while back, which was kinda like breaks-acid-breaks-acid over and over again

The last time I saw them, they also had Juice Aleem (vocalist on "pearl shot") who MC-ed over a good portion of tracks, which worked surprisingly well. It wasn't the usual 'throw your hands up - we love you - I'm hot shit' usual stuff, and they actually played their mix of UNKLE's Reign for me at the end of the show!
