...I think I might have heard a remix of "Between Stars" tonight when I was out. Came on (i think) when I was entering a club to see a band. From what I can remember, it tool the main breakdown synth when Karl is singing "will you hold my camera, will you press release" and kind of made in to a squelchy funked up version with vocals that were difficult to make out.

Could be total bollocks like, but it sounded familiar straight away.

Did you hear any vocals? Who was the DJ? It's pretty unlikely that a DJ who isn't closely tied to JBO or a recent UW remixer would have access to any tracks without some word of forthcoming mixes. I hope you're right though. It's going to be exciting to have a new batch of new tracks and mixes to indulge in.

Think was that it was a gig in a club where I think the house DJ was just messing around between the support band coming on so I'm unsure if there were any connections. As I said, it sounded very familiar but I could be wrong.

Nah, it weren't Downpipe, vocals weren't as clear unless there's a versionof that with fussed with sounds going on.
